The workshop will provide an overview of current thinking in volunteer management. The speaker will present from the perspective of the UK. We will look at the differences and similarities between Britain and Germany. Together, we will review the important role of equipping and supporting volunteer managers to ensure that volunteers receive a quality experience. How does the practice of volunteer management develop in order to support volunteering into the future? And what is the role of an Association bringing peers together in enabling this? The workshop will be held in English.
